New Car Park Provider - Evology

Our car park plays a vital role in supporting our charitable objectives. The management of the space is key to ensuring that we are able to receive revenue from visitors to our city and we are able give back to the community.
On Monday 2nd September we will be starting a new journey with Evology who will be taking on the management of our car park.
As a paying customer things will remain close to our previous operation i.e, payment on arrival. However for the first two days customers will only be able to pay via the Evology and Ringo app’s, whilst we wait for new payment kiosks to be installed on Wednesday 4th September.
From there we hope that the changeover goes smoothly and you won’t notice a difference in the customer experience. But unforeseen things can happen and we will try and resolve an issues as quickly as possible.
